What is the delivery time for Juno and Oggie Pet Supplies?
Delivery times may vary due to COVID and delays with postal services. We will do our best to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
Will my order come in one package?
Items may be delivered in multiple packages due to different supplies.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes, we offer discounts on larger orders. Please contact us directly for more information.
WHAT IS WARRANTY LIKE?
We provide an immediate warranty for any damage upon arrival for all of our pet toys. Should any of our toys become damaged, we'll provide a free replacement in exchange for proof of damage. We'll send the new item out immediately, along with a free gift!

We are looking for passionate pet owners to join our team of Brand Ambassadors for our pet toys! As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to share your love of our products with your pet-loving friends, family, and followers, and help spread the word about our amazing pet toys. What is your Refund Policy?
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Juno and Oggie Pet Supplies uses Australia post to dispatch orders. Some orders may come in multiple packages due to delivery from different warehouses. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Whilst we are unable to exactly predict delivery times to each location, we are able to provide a link to Australia Post's delivery times estimates. All our packages are shipped from rural New South Wales. Please see the link below for this information:
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
